Recently, we have identified cases where drama content provided by CREWARD was used without permission by unregistered or unapproved channels.

To ensure proper use and protect copyright, please carefully review and follow the guidelines below.

🔒 Unauthorized Use Restriction

1. Only channels officially registered and approved by CREWARD are allowed to use our content.
2. Uploading, reusing, copying, or redistributing content from unverified or unregistered channels may result in copyright infringement and legal consequences.
3. If you wish to use our content, you must complete the channel registration process in advance.
4. For whitelisting, please upload your video first and submit a request via the ‘Content’ tab on the CREWARD website.

🎬 Video Content Usage Guidelines

1. No Spoilers or Revealing Endings
2. Content that exposes key storylines without watching the actual video (spoiler-type content) is restricted.
3. Binge-Watch Format is Prohibited
4. Content with titles or playlists including terms like “binge-watch” is not allowed.
5. Not Allowed on Platforms Other Than YouTube
6. CREWARD content can only be used on YouTube. Uploading to other platforms is prohibited.
7. Short-form Allowed / Long-form Prohibited
8. Short-form content like YouTube Shorts or Reels is allowed, but long-form videos over 5 minutes are not permitted.
9. Unapproved Channels and Videos
10. Whitelisting will not apply, and copyright risks may arise.
11. Deletion Request Possible by Content Producer
12. Content that violates guidelines may be subject to removal upon the producer’s request.
13. Original Video and Subtitle Files
14. It is prohibited to edit, distribute, or share original video files or subtitle files.
15. Unauthorized Use = Legal Liability
16. Use of content on unapproved channels may result in copyright infringement and legal action.

All creators are kindly asked to comply with these guidelines to avoid any copyright issues.
